Shopping
Ordering online, paying, and shopping in-store.
How do I place an order online?
Add what you want to your bag, click checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our online checkout, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. In-store payment options may vary — call ahead if you have a specific method in mind.
Can I shop in person?
Yes. Both Burleson shops are open 10 AM – 10 PM, daily. See the Contact page for addresses and phone numbers.
Can I reserve an item for in-store pickup?
Call either shop and we'll set something aside for you if it's in stock. We don't currently offer online reservation through the website.
Do you offer student or military discounts?
We run periodic promotions — check the Coupons & Discounts page and join the Cloud List for first notice on new offers.
Lab Reports / COAs
Why we publish lab results and how to use them.
Why do you publish lab results?
Because you should be able to verify what's in the jar before you buy. Every batch we sell is third-party tested by accredited labs, and we make those Certificates of Analysis available.
How do I read a COA?
We wrote a field guide: How to Read a COA. It walks through the five sections that matter — sample info, potency, pesticides, microbials, and residual solvents.
Where do I find a specific product's COA?
Browse the lab results page for current batches. If you don't see your batch number, email Sales@cannaclouds.shop with the batch number and we'll send the COA.
What does "third-party tested" actually mean?
The producer doesn't test their own product. They pay an independent, accredited lab to do it. The lab's name and accreditation (look for ISO/IEC 17025) appear on the COA — that's what makes the report meaningful.
Shipping
How fast we ship and where we can deliver.
How long does shipping take?
Standard processing is 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking by email. Actual transit time depends on the carrier and destination.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Texas and to other states where hemp products are legal. State restrictions apply — some states prohibit shipment of certain hemp-derived products, and orders to restricted addresses will be refunded. See our Shipping Policy for the current list.
Do you ship discreetly?
Orders ship in plain packaging without product names or imagery on the outside.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's status page.
Returns
Our policy on returns and damaged items.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, opened consumable hemp products are non-returnable. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within the window outlined in our Refund Policy. Accessories and hardware follow standard return terms.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email Sales@cannaclouds.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email or call us right away and we'll do our best to cancel before dispatch. Once an order ships, it falls under the standard return policy.
Responsible Use
Who can use these products and what to expect.
Who can use these products?
Adults 21 or older. Hemp-derived products are not for use by anyone under 21, pregnant or nursing individuals, or anyone whose healthcare provider has advised against them.
Will I fail a drug test?
Hemp-derived products can cause a positive result on standard drug screens. We won't guarantee otherwise. If a drug test is part of your work or life, please read our drug test warning before buying.
Can I drive after using a hemp product?
No. Do not drive or operate machinery after using any product that contains intoxicating cannabinoids (THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10). Plan ahead.
How long do effects last?
It varies — by product type, dose, individual physiology, and what else is in your system. We can't give you a precise window. Start with a low serving size, give it time, and learn how a product affects you before adjusting.
Can I combine hemp products with alcohol or medications?
Combining can produce unpredictable results. If you take prescription medications, talk to your healthcare provider before adding hemp products. Mixing with alcohol is not recommended.

Is one shop bigger than the other?
Both shops carry the full Canna Clouds lineup. Stop by whichever is closer.

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. The Canna Clouds rewards program runs through our existing loyalty system. Ask at either shop or check your account page for details on how to earn and redeem.
How do I sign up?
Create a Canna Clouds account online or in-store. Your rewards activity is associated with your account from there.
Where can I check my points balance?
Sign in to your account and visit the rewards section in your account dashboard, or ask at either Burleson shop.
