Refund policy
All sales are final on used items.
Once an item has been worn, washed, opened, or used in any way, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange. All used items are final sale.
Unused items may be eligible for a refund. If your item is unused and untouched — original tags attached, original packaging intact, no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or use — it may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a refund:
- Email Sales@cannaclouds.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
- 2. Include photos showing the item is unused and in original condition.
- 3. We will respond with return instructions if your request is approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion at no cost to you.
Gift cards, final sale items, and underwear are not eligible for return for hygiene and policy reasons.
