Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During sales, launches, and peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery (after processing)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — see current promotions for the threshold.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your mail area; wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they arrive; file a claim with the carrier directly; and contact us if the issue isn't resolved.
Damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on request. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by their country.
Carrier delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
