How do I earn points?
You earn points automatically when you make a purchase. You can also earn bonus points for signing up, having a birthday, referring friends, and engaging with us on social. Sign in to see all the ways you can earn.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, you’ll see your available rewards in the discounts section. Pick the one you want and apply it to your order. You can also redeem rewards from your account page.
Do my points expire?
Point expiration depends on the program settings. Sign in to your account or check the Joy loyalty widget to see your current points and any expiration dates.
Can I use my rewards in-store?
Yes — add your loyalty pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so you can show it at the register at any Canna Clouds shop.
