Pickup Policy

Everything you need to know about picking up your Canna Clouds order.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID to pick up any hemp product. No exceptions. ID must match the name on the order.

Pickup Window

Orders are held for up to 48 hours after the ready-for-pickup notification. Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be canceled and restocked at Canna Clouds’ discretion.

Who Can Pick Up

Only the account holder listed on the order may pick up. We do not release orders to third parties. Bring the order confirmation email (digital or printed) and your ID.

Payment

Orders are paid online at checkout. In-store pickup is free.

Product Availability

Availability varies by location. We fulfill from the location you selected at checkout. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to adjust or refund.

Refunds & Returns

Refer to our Refund Policy. Hemp products cannot be returned once picked up unless defective.

Compliance

All hemp products sold by Canna Clouds are third-party lab tested and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill (≤0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). Follow all local, state, and federal laws. Do not operate machinery. Keep out of reach of children.
