How Pickup Works at Canna Clouds

Order online. Choose pickup at Renfro or Wilshire. Bring valid government-issued ID. Must be 21+.

The Steps

  1. Shop online. Browse our full hemp lineup and add items to your cart.
  2. Select pickup at checkout. Choose either our Renfro Street or Wilshire Boulevard location in Burleson.
  3. Wait for your ready-for-pickup email. We’ll confirm as soon as your order is packed and ready.
  4. Bring your ID. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Must be 21 or older.

Important Notes

  • Orders may be held for up to 48 hours after the ready-for-pickup notification. Unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked.
  • Product availability varies by location — we’ll fulfill from the location you selected.
  • Some products are pickup-only and cannot be shipped.
  • ID must match the name on the order; only the account holder may pick up.
